The Supplements I Use and Recommend
Here is a list of the supplements I take, in order of their importance to my training and overall health.
Protein Powder
- Why: It is hard to consume the amount of protein we need in a day, whether that’s 130g, 160g, or 200g. We likely all need some help with protein. Essential for muscle repair and growth, protein powder helps ensure you get enough protein, especially post-workout when your muscles need it the most.
